The Scofflaw, named after the term given to those people who clandestinely sipped spirits and cocktails throughout Prohibition, debuted in 1924 at Harry’s Bar in Paris. Through the years, recipes have pointed to the use of either lemon or lime juice.

The Americana is a Western take on a classic Champagne Cocktail.  Not much is known about the origin of the Americana, but the original cocktail was first served in creator Gaspare Campari's bar, Caffè Campari, in the 1860s.

A cocktail created by Erskine Gwynne, the publisher of “Boulevardier,” his  drink was popularized after it was included in Harry MacElhone’s 1927 book “Barflies and Cocktails.” In it, the author credited the cocktail to Gwynne, a regular at MacElhone’s bar. Loosely translated, a boulevardier is a man-about-town.
